众英律师事务所

      山东众英律师事务所于一九九六年十一月经山东省司法厅批准成立，现有专、兼职执业律师及工作人员近二十名，执业律师全部具有本科以上学历。
      山东众英律师事务所以“内强素质，外树形象”为办所方针；以“追求卓越，优质高效”为服务宗旨；以“为当事人争取最大合法权益”为工作目标。本所自一九九九年至今，连续多年被评为“济南市文明律师事务所”，并被济南市体改委、人事局评为“社会中介机构先进单位”，被市人民政府评为“行风建设示范窗口”单位,二○○七年伊始，又被评为“济南市优秀律师事务所”。先后有主任律师范作民、副主任律师徐和伟、副主任律师马腾等多名律师荣膺济南市“十佳律师”、“优秀律师”、“十佳青年律师”等称号，现有七名律师在省、市律师协会担任各专业委员，其中主任律师范作民任济南市律师协会副会长、山东省律师协会理事。
    “众英”律师自建所以来，凭借良好的职业道德，严明的执业纪律，深厚的法学功底，娴熟的业务技能，丰富的办案经验，为社会各界提供了优质、全方位的法律服务，成功代理了中央电视台著名节目主持人赵忠祥与《华商时报》记者张淋名誉侵权案、震惊中外的山东“阳信回民事件”案、济南“徐宗涛黑社会”集团案等多起有重大影响的大案、要案，并为将军集团、中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司等近百家政府机关、社会团体、企事业单位担任常年法律顾问，被建设银行山东省分行确定为为全省建行系统服务的六家基本律师事务所之一。本所自成立以来，为当事人避免和挽回经济损失百余亿，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

     山东众英律师事务所为更好的为委托人服务，摆脱了传统的律师单兵作战的服务模式，建立了重大案件集体讨论、集体协作制度（委托人特别要求保密的除外），委托人聘请本所的任一律师，均相当于聘请了一个高水平的律师团，众英律师可集全所之力为委托人提供全方位的优质法律服务。

本所在办理基本律师业务的基础上，形成了以下几方面突出的业务专长：

Shandong Excellent(Zhongying) law firm was established in November 1996, with the approval of the judicial bureau of Shandong province. Now, Excellent has almost 20 lawyers, including full-time and part-time lawyers. All its lawyers have the undergraduate educational background as well as rich practice experience.

Excellent takes “inside strong character, outside tree image" as the policy; takes “pursue outstanding, superior quality efficiently" as a service aim; and takes “all for the clients’ biggest legal rights “as the work target. From the establishment in 1999 up to now, Excellent got the honor of “Model Law Office in Jinan” continuously for several years and many other honors. For example: the honor of “the advanced organization of the society intermediary organs”, “the excellent law firm” etc. Many lawyers, just like the director lawyer Fan zuoming were awarded with many honorable titles, such as “ten good lawyer’s of Jinan”, “excellent lawyer” and “ten good youth lawyers”...etc. Now, there are seven lawyers hold the post of each professional member of committee in the province and city lawyer's association. Among them, the director lawyer Fan zuomin holds the posts of the vice- president of Jinan lawyer's association and the director of the lawyer association of Shandong province.

Ever since its establishment, Excellent with it’s good occupation morals, strict industry discipline, the deep law accomplishment, skilled business technical ability, and abundant of handling cases experience, has provided superior and all-directions law service for the society and deputized several big cases with important influence successfully. For example: the reputation infringement case: “Zhao zhongxiang (the famous anchorman of CCTV) vs. Zhanglin (the journalist of huashangshibao)”, the famous “Shandong Yangxin Moslems affairs”, and “Jinan Xuzongtao underworld group claims”, etc. Besides, Excellent also holds the post of legal adviser for hundreds of government agencies, social organizations and business units, i.e.: the General Group, Chinese Pacific Ocean property insurance incorporated company etc. And proudly speaking, Excellent was confirmed as one of the six basic law firms which offer services to the system of China Construction Bank, Shandong branch. And up to now, Excellent has successfully helped the clients to avoid and save the economy lost about 10 billion, at the same time Excellent has obtained good social performance and economic performance.

In order to provide better service for the clients, Excellent got rid of the traditional lawyer's “single soldier to battle” service mode and built up the new system: “important cases: collective discussion, collective cooperation” (except the condition, that the client requests to keep secret). So, any lawyer of Excellent that the client appoints stands for a high level of lawyer's regiment.
